Campers make everlasting friends at Bil-O-Wood. There are few other places in life where young people can learn about the differences between themselves and others as easily as at camp. Living in a cozy cabin with many others helps campers understand and appreciate each cabin mate for who they are. Here they are developing a vital life skill, the ability to get a long with people who may be different than they are. As the season goes on they create friendships that will be with them throughout their lifetime.

Our “Bil-O-Wood” family encourages campers to have friends of all ages and both genders. All of this occurs in an environment that is more structured than what is common in today’s world but one that campers and parents grow to appreciate and value.
