Spending Account and Canteen
Families are required to deposit funds into a spending account for their campers use during their stay at camp. These funds range from $100 to $200 depending on a camper's term. This money is deposited in a camp account only for that camper's use. Two weeks after their session closes the account is balanced and parents are sent a refund or a bill. (These funds are in addition to the camp fee.)
Typical items that are charged to a campers account include: laundry; canteen; church offering; miscellaneous toiletries; batteries; trips to special events out of camp; etc.
Canteen at Bil-O-Wood is available to camper's three evenings a week and is a place where they can purchase fruit, sweets, beverages and other snacks.
